Inside Round of Financing: Good or Bad

An inside round of financing was always seen as a bad thing, because it meant that outside investors were not interested in the venture. However this seems to have changed lately. Inside rounds can also mean that the company is doing very well. Read more on Bijnan's blog

Found a nice post of the VC firstround.com that has a nice way of making a budget. They are proposing a so called waterfall budget. This budget makes it easy to see when revenue and cost are changing. The blog post describing the waterfall budget
