HENQ combines professionalism of a VC wih a non-conventional, active but especially entrepreneurial approach. In 2007 HENQ was qualified as the top investor in the Quote top 11 of companies that provide seed capital.
Criteria for funding are the following

Business plan should be based on technical product or internet service
Capital need between 150K and 1M Euro
No earlier financing round by other VC
Dutch company not older than 5 years
