Ask the VC today is answering a question if VC's make guesses about the exit scenario when they invest. According to Ask the VC this used to be the case in the Internet bubble. VC's back then would do extensive analysis and modelling with exit scenarios. Now everyone discovered that these analysis were total baloney. Read more in the post at Ask the VC
