Think about the "promote" instead of the "pre money valuation"

When dealing with VCs for an enterpreneur the pre money valuation seems always the most important parameter. Jeff Bussgang is coining a new term "Promote" to describe the money value that the entrrpeneur owns post money. So actually the entrepeneur should look at the "promote".
