Resource constraints mean that owners of oil and gas fields are increasingly focused on larger projects with thousands of existing smaller or mature fields potentially being overlooked. Delta offers owners a low-risk way to boost production from such fields by supplying the necessary capital, project management and execution skills. In effect, the asset owners will outsource the development of their mature fields to Delta and benefit from increased production. In return, Delta receives a share of the additional revenue generated by enhancing production.
